New web content: X-band Range-Gated UWB FMCW Radar page

I've added a web page for the X-band Range-Gated UWB FMCW radar.

This radar uses a range gate in the frequency domain by use of a high-Q analog filter at an IF frequency, which translates to range-gating in the time domain.  Useful in radar imaging in high clutter environments or other applications.
